EU AI Act transparency — what we disclose
How Aria and Sentinel meet Article 50 transparency duties: labels, disclosures, and no foundation-model training on your documents.
From 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires clear transparency when people interact with AI systems or when synthetic content is generated.
Touch2Sign’s Aria and Sentinel features include in-product notices for senders, signers, and operators. AI-generated drafts are marked so they can be identified.
We do not offer emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, or deepfake tools. Document content processed for AI features is not used to train foundation models.
