Transparent pricing: sends, meters, and credits

We’re publishing clearer commercial terms so buyers aren’t surprised at invoice time.

Plans are organisation-based with unlimited seats and a send allowance. Trust services such as AES identity checks, QES, and SMS are metered per use at published rates.

Optional prepaid AES/QES credit packs are available across the platform. Unused purchased credits remain valid for twelve months from purchase, then expire — a balanced rule for customers and for our accounting.
